Registration covers attendance in the Conference, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, diner on 26 Oct., conference bag with materials

RESIGNATION / MODIFICATION PROCEDURE

All resignations and changes must be in written, send by e-mail to conference2011@pv-nms.net or by fax to +48-22-679 8870. In case of resignation before 23 September 2011, 25% of registration fee will be charged. No refund after this date.

  2. Registration must be accompanied by payment done to 15.09.2011 (including) in case of the early registration and to 23 September 2011 (including) in case of the standard registration.

  3. On-site registration must be paid by cash
